3 Large Yellow Bell Pepper
Salt to Taste
Fresh Black Pepper to Taste
- Chop the yellow bell peppers.
- Add water to the bell peppers and bring to a complete boil.
- While boiling the bell peppers, add some salt and fresh black pepper.
- Grind completely into a soup and put it through a sieve so that it is smooth to eat
- You may add a little parsley for garnish.
- Taste the bell pepper before making the soup- sometimes they can be slightly bitter.
