A Little Cuppa Sunshine

** Prep time: 15 minutes

** Serves: 4 people

 

** Ingredients

 

3 Large Yellow Bell Pepper

Salt to Taste

Fresh Black Pepper to Taste

 

Directions

  1. Chop the yellow bell peppers.
  2. Add water to the bell peppers and bring to a complete boil.
  3. While boiling the bell peppers, add some salt and fresh black pepper.
  4. Grind completely into a soup and put it through a sieve so that it is smooth to eat

Serving Tips:

  1. You may add a little parsley for garnish.
  2. Taste the bell pepper before making the soup- sometimes they can be slightly bitter.
